We were pleased to have achieved a Class Q Permisssion for the Conversion of a modern agricultural barn to residential in Mid Cornwall. The permitted development application was made more complicated by the fact that the site lies within the River Camel SAC area and thefore the issue of phosphate nutrality had to be dealt with as part of the application.
